Villa Howden is open for Traditional High Tea each Sunday from 2pm until 4pm. Guests can relax in the luxurious surrounds of the Estate, enjoying Traditional High Tea with friends and family on the deck overlooking the North West Bay, on the terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens, in the restaurant listening to our baby grand piano or on a picnic rug in the landscaped gardens.
Our Traditional High Tea consists of a three tier stand with fresh ribbon sandwiches on the bottom, a middle plate of cakes and pastries and then a top tier of scones, jam and cream. Freshly brewed tea and freshly ground plunger coffee is included. High Tea is $39 per person, or with a glass of premium Tasmanian sparkling is just $47. Premium Tasmanian sparkling and other beverages are available for purchase.

Traditional High tea is from 2pm to 4pm, but feel free to stay on and enjoy the beautiful gardens and luxury surroundings. Have a quiet drink in the Piano Bar or our guest lounge. Relax with a bottle of sparkling on the deck while playing a game of croquet with friends. Our restaurant is open for dinner, offering a unique Tasmanian dining experience.
Please note that a $100 deposit is required for bookings of 10 people or more. This is non refundable within 7 days of the booking. Specific rooms or areas are not guaranteed unless a hire fee has been paid. All food is prepared fresh daily. Except if numbers increase, the number of people booked for your High Tea is the number that will be charged for on the day.
